With great pleasure we announce Metin Begecarslan, Vice President of Hillenbrand Operating Model (HOM). He is a creative, openminded person with a strong Lean background. Since our first encounter as student@Bosch he is acting as an enthusiastic representative of the Lean community. Metin has extensive experience in leading and implementing successful Lean transformations across various industries.

At Siemens Healthcare Business he has worked on the strengthening of Lean culture, rather than implementing methods only and has won the German national award "Factory of the Year - Outperforming Change Management". He helped also implementing Danaher Business System (DBS) in different Danaher sites, functions and businesses globally and trained all levels of the organization on DBS.
