Metin Begecarslan is a creative and open-minded individual with a strong background in Lean methodologies. Since our first encounter as students at Bosch, he has acted as an enthusiastic representative of the Lean community. Metin has extensive experience in leading and successfully implementing Lean transformations across various industries. His passion for continuous improvement and leadership has earned him the German national award "Factory of the Year - Outperforming Change Management". Metin will also share his insights on the critical role of leadership in Lean transformations within our network.
