Rudi Frederix was born in Hasselt, Belgium, in 1968. He received the MSc degree in Production Automation from the university Thomas Moore, Belgium, and the MSc degree in Instrumentation Technology from the University of Karel De Grote Hogeschool in Antwerp in 2001 and 2004, respectively. In 2012 he received a degree in ‘Managing others’ from the Harvard Business school. In 2012 he was runner up Maintenance Manager of the year in Belgium. I have worked in the Asset Management field since 1993. I possess knowledge and experience with Operational Excellence programs and have worked in various functions in almost every type of industrial setting, including but not limited to: Automotive, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical, Mining, and Nuclear Energy. I enjoy leading people and sharing my passion for Project Management, Maintenance and Reliability best practices. I learn new things every day and that keeps me excited about my career. I'm happiest when I'm contributing to the team and when I feel that I'm adding value.
